Welcome!

Smile you're beautiful came about a few years ago, when I was sick in the hospital. Life seemed pretty hopeless back then, it felt like I'd never get better. But every day the nurse would wake me up saying, "Smile, you're beautiful!" To make myself feel better, I also began writing little notes and decorating them with positive phrases. Encouragement is the best medicine, and we often forget how beautiful our life TRULY is. So enjoy my posts, and SMILE because you, yes YOU, are worth it!
